Mobile Broadband in Singapore

StarHub is the only telco in Singapore offering on-demand user selectable prepaid mobile broadband with its MaxMobile Prepaid. The other telcos only offer 3 days consecutive prepaid mobile broadband.

You can choose either 2.0Mbps or 7.2Mbps with 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days or 5 days plan.

Activate

1. Install the Broadband on Mobile software after connecting your USB modem
   
2. Send using the prepaid SIM card a free SMS to 6782 eg 2M1D (2.0Mbps speed - 1 Day Plan) or 7M1D (7.2Mbps speed - 1 Day Plan)
   

Check Balance

1. Send using the prepaid SIM card a free SMS with bal to 6782
   

Top Up

1. Purchase Happy Prepaid Top Up Cards in denominations of $6, $18 and $38 at StarHub shops, 7-Eleven or Cheers
   
2. Send using the prepaid SIM card a free SMS with topup (10 digit top up card) (6 digit PIN number) to 6782
