Although Windows 7 Beta comes with Microsoft XPS Document Writer, pdf is the de facto standard. By using pdf printer driver, it not only saves paper but works in any application. I tested the following software which supports Windows Vista:
- novaPDF Lite Desktop 6
- PrimoPDF 4.1
- CutePDF Writer 2.71
- Foxit PDF Creator
Only
CutePDF Writer 2.71 works in Windows 7 Beta. But, you need to install the
PS2PDF converter as well.
