As shown from Windows 7 Upgrade Option website, you're not entitled to upgrade from an OEM version of Windows Vista to Windows 7 from your local system builders.Also contrary to report, you won't be able to do a clean install with Windows 7 upgrade media from a retail full/upgrade version of Windows Vista.
