You have more options in Full Desktop mode by launching the Control Center:

1. Under File Manager -> Web Browser -> Browser Identification, uncheck Send identification and click Apply.

1. Under File Manager -> Web Browser -> Web Behavior, uncheck Enable completion of forms and click Apply.
2. Under General Settings -> Desktop Behavior -> Privacy, click Clean Up.

In Firefox, Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy, check Always clear my private data when I close Firefox.
